Different cereal-based foodstuffs were selected and analysed
with the proposed method: dry semolina, egg pasta, and various
bakery products with different fat and moisture content (bread,
biscuits and cakes). The products purchased from the supermarket
had variable life time (not exceeding their shelf life): on average
6 months for pasta, 1–2 days for fresh bread and 2–6 months for
biscuits and bakery products.
