cooling and solidifying was quickly put into the desiccator at 25°C of room temperature and stood for overnight. Then, the biscuit was removed from the desiccator and put into
20 gusset bag, and then stabilized at 20°C for 1 day. And
then, the product in gusset bag was stored in constant-
temperature oven at 40°C for 1 day. After that, the heat
resistance of the coating พีพี was
evaluated in the same manner as that of Example 1. As a
25 result, a large quantity of adherence to fingers and gusset
