In order to produce new agents who better prepared and more capable to provide excellent service to our customers, as you’ve heard, that we’re going to implement new onboarding process.
Good news to tell you, that TH will be the pilot country that we chose to implement this new onboarding process in the very near future, which is once you’ll have the next onboarding batch on May 6th, next week.
Anita, as part of my team, will help the team in there to brief, manage, monitor, and evaluate the whole process so as to ensure everything is in place. She’ll come to TH next Monday, and meet the PIC of onboarding process here a day before onboarding is conducted.
