When will my order ship ?
Orders are shipped normally within 2 business days of purchase. Orders using E-checks or waiting on stock availability may delay shipment date.
How can i exchange my order for a different size / different product ?

How do i track my order ?
You will receive a email to the address you entered with your order once the order is shipped with tracking for your package.
If you dont see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder or add support@paperalligator.com to your safe sender's list.

How can i change/ add something to my order ?
Contact us immediately if you need to fix, Cancel or add something to your order. Most shipments are processed within 2-3 days and cannot be fixed once dispatched from our warehouse.
If you are trying to add something to your order please make a brand new order & contact us. We will refund the shipping charge on the second order if placed within 24 hours of first shipment.
Why was my order was cancelled?
In the event that an item you ordered is no longer available in the warehouse, We will contact you within 48 hours of purchase & ship any remaining items from the order to you with a refund for the missing product.
Do i have to pay international duties and taxes for my package ?
Depending on the country the order was shipped the general amount of taxes and duties fee is less then 20% of the cost of your purchase.
Paper Alligator is not responsible for any taxes/duties added to package, The customer is responsible for customs charges, Policies may very from country to country.
Please contact your local customs office if you need additional information.
How can i order Paper Alligator brands on the website in my store location ?
