1) We do not know those boxes damaged come from which’s shipment and which’s pallet?
2) We do not point of damaged, if Waremme found the damaged since they receive these boxes damaged, Waremme does need to come back to K&N and asked more information, how, when and where? This is normal process when found goods damaged with freight forwarder as “DAMAGED FOUND REPORT PROCESS”. Then K&N have to investigate and find out information of the damaged.
However from my point of view, I disagreed to pay this cost and not approval any payment unless, requested information is completed.
