Job Description
Ride Attendant
Assist customers to use one of our many interactive exhibits/attractions inside our building. Be trained on the nature of the exhibits. Memorization of how to use the exhibits will be necessary. Acquire knowledge to assist the customer understand the exhibit to create a positive learning experience and maximize the educational potential of the exhibit. Ensure the safety of our guests by facilitating all exhibits and helping out when necessary. Employees will help make sure the area is clean and safe.
Be friendly. helpful, outgoing, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers. Most important, SMILE!! Maintain a positive attitude at all times. We are here to ensure they have a good time on vacation. A strong command of the English language.
•Must have strong communication skills, a friendly, positive attitude and be dedicated to customer service. •Must be attentive to guests and highly knowledgeable about the property in order to assist guests.
•Basic computer skills required.
•Must be able to work individually or on a team and at a quick pace.

Cashier
Cashier to work in the Front Door Admissions area to sell tickets and check in customers. Students must greet the customers in a positive way in order to provide a fun and safe environment for all attendees. Must be responsible for taking correct ticket orders and answering questions of guests. May also be assigned duties in the Food & Beverage Department to take food orders and cashier. Proper handling of food is required to ensure a safe environment. Students must take correct food orders and be able to serve the customer exactly what they ordered.

Ride Operator
Assist customers to get harnessed to use the zip line and ropes course. Explain how the course operates insuring the guest understands what to expect and understands all safety rules and precautions. Help the customer with getting in and out of their harness and creating a fun environment so guests feel safe. Students will be required to always be on the lookout for potential dangers to the Zip Line and let their supervisor know of any safety concerns. No fear of heights, friendly and outgoing to maintain a positive attitude with customers. A strong command of the English language. Must be physically fit. Zip Line/Ropes Course Attendants must have a high attention to detail, math/counting skills, and accurate money/cash handling skills.

The Zip Line and Ropes Course is located indoors and outdoors. ANY STUDENT THAT IS NOT WILLING TO WORK OUTDOORS MUST LET THE HIRING MANAGER KNOW AT INTERVIEW. Myrtle Beach has high humidity during summer months. Indoor temperatures range from 62 F - 78 F

Food Service Worker
Assist customer while ordering their food. Provide excellent customer service while serving and greeting each guest. Work with kitchen staff to help ensure a quality and timely product is delivered.
•Cooking or preparing food items according to procedures or recipes
•Placing food items on serving plates or dishes along with required condiments and utensils to present to customers.
•Preparing cold drinks, warm drinks, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
•Some employees will serve alcoholic beverages and must strictly follow all state and federal laws related to serving alcohol.
•All items must be prepared quickly and accurately ensuring no waste and in accordance with production and portion requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
•Food and Beverage employees may be responsible for handling sales which will include: taking correct orders, entering sales in a cash register, taking money, counting out correct change (coins/bills), giving change (coins/bills) to customers, and completing credit card transactions.
•All Food and Beverage employees will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning all Food Service areas including preparation tables, equipment, dishes, floors, supply areas, refrigerators, coolers, sales areas, and customer areas (tables, chairs, serving lines, condiment stands, etc.).
