It is therefore important to understand the problems and constraints the victims may have had in their homelands which may have been the cause for their later being trafficked and may result in them being re-trafficked. Some victims wish to return to Thailand and advice is provided how to find safe work and avoid the dangers of human trafficking as well as details of what documents they must prepare. Follow up of victims following repatriation is important to check that the victims have got home safely and offer advice to problems they may be having.
