there is no harm as it will be treated as confidential and Top Management can emphasize into the deep cause and how to help the right staff, rather knowing the general which we will not able to address the problem-solving to the right one, and will result that we will not able to improve the future sastifcation, survey is meant to know and manage the engagement, and statistics as a whole company still reliable, did not make any change of survey result.
Please confirm if you wish to delete the mentioned parts, I have no problem if top management wish to change or delete, just wonder how to address the solution to the concern one.
