Ok new encoder, and new belt. and still timing problem?
Just to be sure.
If the problem starts.
Customer stop the machine.
Switch of the main power.
wait 5 min
Switch main power back on
Start the machine
and after "homing" everything Ok?
If it is not the encoder or the belt /pulley then it must be the indexer coupling.
Does C.P.P. have a spare coupling on stock?
If so can you please ask them to replace the current installed one?
No matter what I would like to see the current mounted coupling.
After taking out I want them to mark the coupling similar to what I have done (see att Photo)
Then run the machine until problem occur again.
Stop machine and take coupling out and check if mark s are still in correct position?
Please let me know the outcome of this test and please as always support the reply with photos?
Thanks for your help best regards
Marco,
