• Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements
• Promotes corporate culture initiatives and designs/supports associate engagement and associate brand strategies
• Drive the people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that associate level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards
• Implement HR policies and reward strategy to ensure that all reward decisions are fair and objective
• Coach managers on associate engagement strategies and people problem-solving.
• Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve the HR policies and initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
• Identify and drive the communication and sharing of learning across functions to facilitate continuous improvement
• Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
• Support line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy
• Coordinating with C&B to incentive calculation
• Recruiting staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts; deciding on how best to advertise
• Shortlisting applicants for interview using a variety of selection techniques including psychometric testing Interviewing shortlisted candidates
• Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records
• Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues eg disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities
• Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
• Analysing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions
• Regional HR Meeting to update and planning HR strategy by half year.
• Set up training for as per requirement by Global and Local, including being trainer.
• Develop the necessary tools and programs to motivate and retain our staff
• External and internal training To set training plan for staff as per require by Business Unit
• Analyst cost control for all benefits such as, Lunch allowance, taxi, dinner and health insurance premium control, provident fund for all staff for any changing or new plan for staff.
