Employees should be willing to work with one another in order to achieve a better working environment and it’s the duty of the manager to make sure this takes effect. It’s also important to set up meeting to know if your employees have ideas that will benefit the company’s growth or complaint about how the hotel is being run. Ineffective employees do not build a very successful hotel and the quality of a hotel is intimately tied to the quality of team. Make sure that all your employees understand the task and works closely to achieve the companies objectives. Train them when needed to be able to engage customers of different attitude and empower then with benefit when necessary.
