1.Sale Operation
-Presenting the project unique selling point and over all information in order to attract potential customer.
-Follow up,Negotiating & Convincing the potential customer to close deal.
-Preparing paper work ; the reservation agreement and S&P agreement.
-Engaging with the customers through the entire sales process to ensure successful transaction. 4
2 2.Reporting
-Providing and reporting the daily,weekly and summary report to MKT & Sale teams and management regarding to customer database,questionaires,walk-in and call-in summary.
-Reporting the customer feedback to the manager. 4
3 3.Coordinating
-Coordinating with relevant departments to assist the customer's requirements and concerns such as correct the defect and the defect is not right,additional customer enquiry.
-Coordinating site staff to facilitate customer such as deeply project detail,open unsold units and have not been corrected for the defect, etc.
-Coordinating CS Teams to contact to customer to make an appointments with clients to determine defects.
-Coordinating Leasing Teams to contact to customer to be interested to rental Units and update units to Sold,Rent,Available & Locked.
-Coordinating PD Teams & Juristic Person to contact to customer if they need to help. 4
4 4.Sharing to MKT Team.
-To compiling customer requirement & other information to MKT Team to initial promotion to boost up sales rate.
-Information, offers, terms, and negotiation of the MKT. Teams to help close the sale. 4
5 5.Build up customer relationship.
-To keep in touch with existing customers for overall project satisfaction.
-To keep in touch with potential customers for updated promotion and detail.
