In plant tissues the dynamic processes of cellular
structure degradation reactions and losses by processing

they lower the concentration of nitrates, oxalates and
other toxic components. This is specially beneficial if we
intend to follow the recommendation of eating (every
day) ‘five or more servings of a combination of vegetables
