- really divided culturally. one part rich and white, from all around the world and country. the other parts either poor latino or poor black.
- protesters come and muck up everything in the city.
- traffic is TERRIBLE, and everywhere outside the city is sprawl.
- lots of the people here are political lackeys, and about as fun as a wet blanket.
- a lot of the people in the world hate what your city stands for, and you don't have anything to do with it.
- expensive

advantages
- I can walk or metro anywhere I need to be.
- lively neighborhoods
- embassies and museums have tons of free cultural events that you can attend.
- great river and bay nearby
- tons of people just out of college here, which happens to be my age.
