At 21:35 hrs.Guest called to FD and informed that the room next door was Rm#161 issued loud noise made him could not sleep. Then I courtesy called to Rm#161, they gave us kind cooperation and acknowledge on this matter to keep the volume down.
After that I courtesy call to Rm#162, for the feedback that guest told that Rm#161 already kept the volume down and thank you for our support on this matter
