The
antimicrobial activity of cell free extract was observed
using different methods including spot on lawn assay, agar
well assay and disc diffusion assay. Bacterial pathogens
used for the study was Staphylococcus aureus and
Escherichia coli. Inhibition of these pathogens was found
less effective at lower incubation temperatures it did not
result in antimicrobial activity as effectively as at high
temperature
