Initiating and implementing marketing communication strategies for above the line and below the line to build
brand awareness and to increase sales
Creating and developing POP materials and other printed materials, to ensure all communication materials are
conformed to corporate guideline and policy
Develop and execute of digital marketing strategies, focus on website development and oversee social media
strategies for the company. Review new technologies and keep the company up-to-date on the development of all
digital marketing
Create and maintain relationship with vendors and business partners to develop the effective marketing campaign
and drive company sales
Managing and controlling new store design and decoration to meet Toys “R” Us branding policy
Executing annual marketing communication strategies/budget to align with overall marketing strategies
Working and coordinating closely with HK and other regional teams to create brand marketing communication
activities to increase sales volume
Develop and implement the strategy to build the membership program for Toy R Us Star card, attract and recruit
more new card members
Implementing efficient CRM campaigns, membership and loyalty programs. Control and manage the member
database system
CRM and Call Center duties:
Review customers’ inquiries, claim and complaints via phone, e‐mail
Review, analyze product issues and solve problems and initiate the best solutions for customers
Develop segmented communication strategies to maximize annual spend, retention, frequency and loyalty by
understanding customer behaviours and engagement
Work closely with various functional teams to determine and implement strategies for increasing rates of qualified
guest data through all customer touch points
