57) Check that there are checks to ensure products satisfy customer
requirements in appearance and sensory testing
based on clear standards and boundary samples.
58) Check that there is a system for conducting periodic and daily inspections
of equipment, jigs and tools to set up and check equipment
according to specified items and conditions.
59) Check that there is a system for controlling molds, jigs, tools
and other devices borrowed from customers, including
records of their maintenance and inspection results.
60) Check that there is a system for controlling members, oils,
greases and other materials supplied by customers,
including records of quantities in stock.
61) Check that methods and standards, including periodic sampling inspections, are
established for controlling foreign materials in processes for each type of product
and member.
62) Check that there is a system for assessing minor stoppages in processes, analyzing
causes and taking action for improvement based on the evaluation results
in order to correct defects that have occurred repeatedly and frequently.
63) Check that there is a system for inspecting QA machines and fail-safe devices
before the start of work by using the OK/NG master to ensure that they
operate properly, and that records of inspection results are kept.
64) Check that a system is established and in use for conducting
periodic process audits to ensure that there are no goods
temporarily placed aside or left unidentified and uncontrolled.
