23rd Sep 10:14PM DBA performed a database job to rectify a minor rounding issue reported against a specific payout calculation.
23rd Sep 11:19PM DBA found out there is inconsistency in the procedure causing discrepancies in the customers’ balance. Sportsbook was put under urgent maintenance (UM) immediately.
23rd Sep 11:28PM The balance issue was corrected and UM page removed.
23rd Sep 11:45PM CS notified all licensees that there were balance discrepancies during 10:00PM to 11:28PM. Licensees were advised to double check transactions and hold on to withdrawals requests made during this period.
24th Sep 04:00AM Onwards CS provided a list of members with withdrawal requests (from sportsbook) made during 10:00pm-11:28pm. All licensees were advised to freeze all such affected accounts.
24th Sep Afternoon CS sent out E-mail notice to informed accounts may unfreeze.
