Difficult user interface: Human Computer Interface (HCI) issues are a key
factor in mobile technology acceptance. HCI includes the use and context of
computers, human characteristics, computer systems and interface architecture, and the development process (Perry, et al, 2001). A general rule is that
the easier and more adoptable the interface, the greater is the user acceptance.
HCI issues in mobile working are different in the mobile working context than
in the traditional office environment. Kristoffersen (1999) identifies three key
