• RMT will take our Riser folder to be the master sheet for his comparison by using his photos to map with all photos in Anomaly reports include to see what the differences from the last inspection + repaired paint in the past.
• If the current photos from RMT are the same points to the last inspection reports, There are options as follows:
o If current condition is similar to the previous condition in 2016 Riser inspection plan and AI had been performed UTM at that point already which there was no discrepant material found. We will ignore that point (do nothing with it)
o If current condition is so much worse than the last inspection, and it is in the Riser inspection this year, We will let AI Rep & SME evaluate and come out with the proper solution within reasonable time. Meaning that we will put Work priority in JDE to be P2 to get this inspection be done earlier (OIM agreed)
o In case of the current condition is severe and it is not in the Riser inspection this year, RMT will separate to send all those photos to AI Rep & SME (via AI Supv) for further consideration and provide recommendation to field. This case OIM suggested that RMT is the one who submit WO.
o At Splash zone, if RMT took photos from severe corrosion at Splash zone, and if that Riser pipe is in 2016 Riser list, We will inspect the Splash zone as soon as possible (This is the one of job which need to put P-2 in JDE and we must prioritize this kind of work to get it done quickly per OIM comment)
o In the other case, If any Splash zone they found and it is not in the Riser list, they will separate this task individually and submit WO for AI to perform inspection soonest also.
