Thank you very much for the feedback from riders, it's true that we got orders pending in the system because we would like to make sure about the shortage/closest area to make riders easy to reach restaurants very quick.
providing very less waiting time for them ----> We will add extra more time (Normally we did 15-25 mins. for them to be at the restaurant, and to arrive at customer around 15-30 mins depends on the distance)
Anyway we will fix the dispatching time for them and send to riders immediately and will see the feedback from now on.
