B1 Promotion during The Show
Exhibitors are not allowed to place stickers, signs or posters anywhere in the halls other than within their own stand and on paid advertising poster sites and billboards. Likewise, exhibitors’ representatives may not distribute brochures, invitations, etc. along the gangways or near the entrances/exits. This is unfair to other exhibitors and inconvenience to visitors.
B2 Demonstrations and Presentations
Exhibitors who intend to provide demonstrations or make presentations during the exhibition must strictly follow rules & regulations below:
1. Exhibitors are required to return Form 8: Application for Demonstration to the Organisers for approval. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse any demonstration if not received that form within stipulated deadline. Such demonstrations and presentations do not interfere with the conduct of business of other exhibitors in terms of sound, nor cause any smoke or fumes. The Organisers reserve the right to give warning or request exhibitors to stop such activities.
2. Exhibitors are allowed to use loudspeaker for demonstration and presentation in your booths under condition that.
2.1 Exhibitor must return “Use of Loudspeaker for Demonstrations and Presentations (Form 9) to the Organisers by stipulated deadline. If not, the Organisers reserve the right to reject use of loudspeaker
2.2 Such demonstration and presentation must not interfere with the conduct of business of other exhibitors and visitors
2.3 Position of loudspeaker in your booth and sound level
2.3.1 Any loudspeaker to be used during the exhibition must face on to exhibitor’s stand only
2.3.2 Any loudspeaker which is not placed on the floor must be 45 degrees bent down (see below picture)
