(p) Make every effort to enhance the standing of goodwill of the Principal in relations with the media, the tourism trade, other airlines and the general public;
(q) Provide general information on the Principal scheduled services, the Principal regulations
governing these services, details of airports on the Principal networks, tariffs and availability;
(r) Provide a telephone service for the Principal enquiry, reservations and general information
requirements, details of this service to be readily available to sales agents d the general public
(s) Endorse traffic documents for interline staff travel in accordance with the Principal instructions;
