Normally ARE always support Whessoe in paying duty/tax upfront to facilitate the shipments with no failure. However, the current financial issue between ARE and ZPF already makes it tight for us to operate on normal basis which there are already many expenses we have to pay upfront as well as our cost of providing the services. We have our financial plan and estimation to make sure that we can been keep our pace without any problem. However, a big upfront amount is something unpredicted difficult during current situation so we sent the request to ZPF without expecting that the request would be sent further to Whessoe which we didn't have any intention to do so. Will liaise further with ZPF on this matter.
