Determination of soil respiration is forming a large
portion of primary gross product rate in land ecosystem
so its estimation and measurement is very important in
implementing and budging of ecosystem’s carbon. The
soil microbial respiration is affected by soil humidity,
temperature, availability of nutrient and soil construction.
The aim of this study was to investigate the GP effects as
P, C and N sources on microbial population and the
effect of different concentration of it on soil respiration
and dehydrogenease activities.
