We have received several complaints from FV suppliers about delay in GR and return basket. First of all what are the % of complaint vs total suppliers deliveries.
FV buyers are giving us feedback that supplier waiting 2-3 hour or more in some days. Can we find out for both DC?
So we need to get to the solution however I think we need to establish the fact first where we should know how we are doing in term of current basket
We should know the basic
Total stock (presume that we ok with count figure)
How many baskets do we use in a day (ship out to stores)
How many basket transport returned at cut off time, per day
How many units supplier send to DC per day
How many they withdraw from DC per day
How many basket cleaning per hour
How long do we take to return them to suppliers, what’s the agree time
We have some issues over the past several days where SF took some stock from FV however that’s is the short term but in order to monitor all this we should have complete picture and then start tackling the problem. We cant keep buying additional basket without justification. We should have monthly target and review what’s the problem so find the right solutions. If we do need to buy we can with proper backup information.
Last week you have discussed in wekly meeting about the opening balnace and I think we need to get above fact right and start managing this.
