company while driving knowledge creation activities, and
dynamically enlarge the scope of their multi-layered networks of ba while maintaining knowledge triad relationships and the metaphorical ‘‘sphere’’ of requisite variety.
Thus, in the internal systems within this sphere, knowledge
triad relationships of tacit knowledge, explicit knowledge
and practical wisdom (phronesis) are established as multifaceted aggregations of ba, which dialectically sublate (synthesis - the formation of phronesis)
