As per in our meeting today please be reminded.
Whenever the Hotel will terminate any employees all must follow the Hotel SOP HR 06-02.
The regular termination of staff is only effective if follows both
1. Thai Labour Law
2. Hotel rules and regulations
In case of doubt, the Director and General Manager is to be consulted prior to any decision.
The regular termination of employees is subject to the approval from the Director and General Manager.
As of better practice the HR in the Hotel should at every time consult with Labour Department for their advice before termination at all time, the employee must be of full understanding of the termination terms and conditions in the agreement.
