These values were within the general
range of 6.15e12.15 mg/g for cholesterol, 1.96e19.29 mg/g for
taurine, and 11.49e117.51 mg/100 g for purine contents for untreated squid samples from the literatures
(Rosa, Pereira, & Nunes,2005; Shirai et al., 1997; Venugopal & Shahidi, 1996; Yang et al.,2013).
