cycle of speed ring is 5 times longer than current loop, that is
1 ms.the execution time of Algorithm is about 160
microseconds, namely CPU operation load is 80%.
Modulus conversion processing sequence is the higher
timing requirements for program, the actual processing is:
sampled current when T12 exceed zero hour, and T13 is set
to single mode, cycle register is set to minimum value 0x01.
When T12 exceeds zero, T13 is triggered and count
beginning, when T13 cycle overflow event happens, A/D
conversion is triggered.
III. O
PERATIONAL TEST OF THE PMSM
The last of the realization of the driving system applied
the infineon XC886 Micro-Controller as the main control
chip, Synchronous sampling two-phase current as the
feedback input, and had over current and over loading
protection function and modulation frequency of this system
was 10KHz. Parameters of each PI adjuster, motor's start-up
and current waveform,view of the response curve were
controlled by the control software system in the upper
computer, material object as shown in Fig.3. The laboratory
equipments were composed of permanent magnet brushless
motors ,variable frequency power source, driver, optoisolator
