“Siam Ruby Pomelo” or “Tub-Tim Siam” ("Tub-Tim" literally means ruby when translated from Thai) is one of the substances which has a strong influence on the taste and odor of it, compared with other pomelo. The fresh pomelo season typically runs from October through January each year.
