2014 HSM Channel Program - Integrated Rebate Claim Process
Dear valued partner,
Honeywell Scanning & Mobility has introduced an integrated channel partner program in early 2014.
We have been working on harmonizing our channel program processes and hereby like to inform you of the integrated rebate claim process moving forward:
Notification of results
The Honeywell Channel Marketing team will notify all partners who have earned rebate by e-mail.
Earned rebates will be communicated as a Honeywell revenue based rebate amount and/or Intermec revenue based rebate amount.
Rebate claim process
Partners can claim earned rebates by offsetting the rebate amount on a new purchase order placed with a nominated distributor.
Honeywell revenue based rebate can be claimed on a PO including Honeywell products only.
Intermec revenue based rebate can be claimed on a PO including Intermec products only.
It is required to add a note on the respective purchase order(s) in the following format:
PO to Distributor
Intermec products only
Q# Intermec Rebate : USD XXX
and/or
PO to Distributor
Honeywell Products only
Q# Honeywell Rebate: USD XXX
In countries where HSM has appointed multiple distributors, the rebate notification e-mail will contain a request to provide the name of a local distributor to claim the rebate with. The nominated distributor will be the default distributor for all future rebate claims.
Terms and conditions
Terms and conditions as per the Channel Program appendixes attached to your initial Channel Program announcement letter apply
• Partner must claim the full individual rebate amounts and not partial
• Purchase order may include special priced items
• Purchase order may not include demo discounted items
• Purchase order must be placed within the claim period given
• Purchase order value has to be equal or larger than rebate amount claimed
• Purchase order with rebate claim cannot be cancelled
• Redeemed purchase, OEM and spare parts revenue is excluded from YTD revenue
