Riaz and Haider,[12] conducted a study to determine the impact of transformational and transactional leadership style on job success and career satisfaction in context of Pakistan. The results of their study showed that transformational leadership style is positively related to job success and career satisfaction. This finding is consistent with[14],[13] and[3]. They found that transformational leaders had more positive impact on job and overall satisfaction. Furthermore, Lee, Cheng, Yeung and Lai[18] studied the relationships among transformational leadership, team performance and service quality in retail banks, and their findings indicate that among different dimensions of transformational leadership, only intellectual stimulation is significantly related to team leader job satisfaction.
