The packing staff packed “Cranberries coated in milk chocolate” and “Almond coated in green tea chocolate” were packed on the same day in production area, but what we found is the packing area has unstable of temperature and moisture which was effected to the physical changes of the products like fat bloom or kiss marks. However, it does not stop us from taking preventive measure in our process to prevent the problem. Therefore the following preventive measures have been taken in our process to ensure the quality of our product.
