Scope of Position: Assist with staff related issues as per company policy. Assist HR Director & Human Resources Manager in creating and producing specific reports at required times. Plan, co ordinate and conduct host activities. Manage the overall Visa/Work permit process of the entire resort.
Endorse effective and efficient manner to maximize the result of outcome. Assist in the day to day running of the HR Department, whilst delivering a positive first impression to all our internal guests.
Experience: A minimum one year of experience as an HR Supervisor and at least one more year climbing through the ranks of human resources is preferred.
Qualifications: A bachelors degree or any other professional qualification in human resources.
Special Skills: Good social and people skills, listening, effective decision making, organizing events and activities.
Languages: Good command in spoken and written English is essential. Knowledge and abilities in other languages would be beneficial.
