I am in Singapore today . This project seem to be big problems in many issues. I need to find out why and putting it in the report. MTR did last 2 hotel projects in last 2 years with same similar contractors and same owner ,it never face big problem like this.
When I take project manager role, I take full responsibility on project control and did direct communication with all parties make sure it under my hand control or alway know the potential problems in advance . I have monitor the way that you handle the project, it not take the PM role try to take owner representative role by wait & see and point out the problems back to other never thought it under your responsibility.
Now problem becomes more and more and you try to escape by ask other do your duty and point out to them when it false.
There are too many boss in this project, just use email or mouth for work . I will wait about your time on site and number of meeting with contractors or consultant. This will be in my internal report that you did this project different from MTR manage.
I understand Jakkrit was paid his salary from Sail project that why I have ask Jakkrit's time on site too.
