This test was developed by Abraham Wald and Jacob Wolfowitz in 1940 and it is method searching
similarity between two data setsusing the repeats approach (Magel and Wibowo, 1997). When applying WWruns
test, the null hypothesis arguing that the two continuous populations have same distribution features is tested
(Sahai ve Khurshid, 2002). While testing this hypothesis against alternative hypothesis which argues that
populations from which samples collected are different in terms of any parameter such as distribution, location and
skewness, number of runs from two samples are used (Daniel, 1990).
