Read through the reviews and look at more than just how the review ranked them. With a well-run HOTEL, many bad reviews are isolated incidents, so bear this in mind when reading them. That being said, don’t ignore several bad reviews that mention similar problems. That’s a big red flag that should drop THE HOTEL off your list.
