Brief MAC Team when required and make sure that task assigned to the MAC Team related to the department are finished effectively and on time.
Compile all the necessary data for that different teams might need in order to create the due online/offline communication pieces and gif support in the briefing sessions.
Coordinate events including meetings, speaking engagements, seminars, trade show, exhibits, etc.
Research when needed in order to provide the Marketing Director with the necessary elements that will help building a base on which we can develop different projects effectively.
Assist effectively in archieving targeted results and ensure timely and effective execution of marketing tactics and initiatives for advertising, public relations and internal communications.
Develop marketing literature, ensuring valid, current and accurate content.
Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines.
Continuously provide advice regarding website optimizing in order to improve the user experience and make it more user-friendly.
Prepare all the materials needed for clients presentations depending on their needs and nature.
