There is no secret. I'm not keeping anything from you. I work out damn hard and eat good food in the correct quantities. I take supplements but only to fill in any gaps in my diet. And I've been doing this for many years.
If you want to eat great tasting food and build a great body in a short period of time, then I recommend you wake up because you're dreaming.
