Checking daily exchange rate and report to Managing director
Summarizing and reporting daily sale volume to Managing director and sales manager
Making and sending purchase order to supplier in Japan and England.
Communicating with supplier about details of ordering import car such as price, car details and shipment’s details
Summarizing and reporting all movement of shipment and total of car in the company to Managing director.
Preparing documents for custom clearance then hand over to the department who concern.
Recording and checking car details after received from shippers.
Matching car details and purchase order and contact suppliers for any mistake or further necessary information.
Receiving and recording all spare part that order from supplier.
Making monthly report to Managing director such as sale and purchase movement, staff performance and customer details.
Filing documents
Receiving documents from all department and sending to Managing director to sign.

Meeting and assisting passengers upon arrival. Providing them general
information including airport information, transportation and baggage issues.
issuing passengers an airline official report for missing or damaged baggage and
registering unclaimed baggage.
providing passengers baggage deliveries, repairing service, settlements or
reimbursements.
tracing missing baggage throughout the system (world tracer system).
Communicating with colleagues and other airline staffs in various airports
around the globe.
Forwarding missed flight baggage to the required station.
Using Orchid transaction software to search for valid flights or retrieve passenger
reservations.
Seeking and retrieving forgotten items on board from any station for passengers.
coordinating between passengers and airlines regarding compensation requests,
complaint letters and documentation. Corresponding with them via email or
phone.
Summarizing and providing airline customers a monthly report for various
statistics in a Microsoft Word document.
Writing formal English reports for a supervisor.
Coordinating with other departments such as boarding gate, check in or
load master in Bangkok or other stations for tracing the missing baggage
