We have been doing business with Thailon for long time and also our dealings on payment etc are prompt .
As for the information that we have received from our purchasing department that we have one quality complaint that we have sent you earlier December but until now we do not received any reply on you or your team regarding this complaint which now we have received the same complaint from our customer that the strength and elongation of the yarn are not stable and they also found 3 spools that the strength were out of standard and another 3 spools on elongation. We do need you to take this as a serious issued as you aware that the strength and elongation are the most important characteristic of the yarn.
There is no response from your side for long time irrespective of various reminders, thus please speed up with your team to get a response so that we know their answer which will enable them to approve the Invoice for payment.
