Unexpectedly solo in Thailand. What to expect?I'm a 30/f Canadian in Japan right now visiting a friend who is teaching here. We are supposed to leave in three days for a trip to Thailand and she just realized her passport is almost expired. Trip is non refundable so I will probably go still even if the airline or customs refuses her.Our original itinerary was Krabi/ko lanta area for 5 days, chiang mai 4 days, Bangkok 3 days. I like the outdoors but am not a huge beach person. I also like shopping, art, am vegetarian. Not a party lover but am social. Have a motorcycle license and extensive experience. Is there anything you would change to make the trip better for a solo person?I've done half of this Japan trip solo and found it lonelier than my only other solo trip which was to Nicaragua which I really enjoyed and met lots of fun people. What should I expect in Thailand?
