Responsibilities:
As assigned by the Executive Director for the work of MFE - Product presentation and providing consultation to customer about product of company - Establish close relationship with existing key customers and develop new opportuninty to expand market portfolio to seek for new customers - Closely monitor to send product to customer on-time - Bidding process for new project - Maintain sale volume as company assigned - To set sale volume target with management team - Always visit customer ‘s company - Product and purchase data preparation for new project - Invoice preparation and pick up cheque from our customer - Verify purchase order from the customer including price and other condition as agreed - To plan trip report - Survey and summary product price in the market - As a member of sell volume forecast with management team - Participate in the meeting to set sale volume target with management team - As a member of team to check sale document with finance team and cargo - Weekly and monthly sale report summary and submitted to management team such as customer ‘s problem
