Description of the Change
We are implementing IREQUEST for all Meridian access requests.
1. Each completed request will be routed first to the requestor’s manager for approval.
2. If any additional approvals are needed, such as for confidential formulas, the request will also be routed to the appropriate business manager for approval of those rights.
Important: After 8 A.M Friday we will no longer accept paper forms or requests via the Meridian Help Desk; all access requests must be submitted via IREQUEST. Users will be directed to follow the IREQUEST process instead.
