Customer repaired in Sleep/Wake button issue and serial number is eligible in QP. Technician checked inside unmodification and no Liquid damage, eligible for repairing but battery also swollen. When marked complete in GSX System, we escalated about battery swollen can not return until Apple replied back, we returned KBB with battery swollen back to Apple on July 10,2015. After Apple received the KBB, the CN invoice didn't equal with DN invoice. The reason is late for returned. So I want Apple please exception for this case.
