Nice to meet you. I am attaching your daily listing report, which will give you the status of all SKUs that have been selected to be on Best Buy’s marketplace. On this list, you’ll see two statuses that I think you should start with, Need Inventory and Need updated listing. For both of these, if you send updated pricing and inventory they should go back online.
Regarding your second question, I’m going to forward this to Rakuten support as I believe it was a change on their end.
Your first question I need a bit more clarification but perhaps the daily listing report that is attached will help. I think it would be useful to set up a quick call this week to talk through this as it can get confusing over email.
