If you haven't tried Crossfit yet,
we highly recommend you do not begin with this workout.
The Filthy 50- we assume it's called that because "F**ked-Up 50"
would be in bad taste-consists of doing 50 reps of 10 exercises without
taking a break.
Here's a typical version of it....
50 box jumps onto a 60 cm. box
50 jumping pull ups
50 kettlebell swings
50 walking lunge steps
50 knees to elbows
50 push presses with a 20 kg. weight
50 back extensions
50 wall ball shots with a 9 kg ball
50 burpees
50 double unders
And at the end of all that,
we're quessing 50 reps of chest compressions as someone
performs CPR on you.
