The buyer painted the store and replaced less than half the equipment and has reported an increase in the income. Not that it would work out the same with the Victory store but the buyer continues to compare the two situations. It was my understanding the buyer was going to put in new equipment when he bought the store last year but has failed to do so. Consequently, Instead of increasing the income it has decreased. The buyer is willing to entertain all offers. I suggest if you're interested, that you make an offer and we'll submit it.
